Santa is in town

I heard on the radio yesterday morning about parking Santa. Apparently he leaves a note and £30 whereever he sees a parkingticket on a car.

Not quite sure where it was, as I wasn't really paying attention to the radio at the time, but if £30 pays the fine it can't be London.

However, should Santa really be encouraging law breakers?
