Why?
Talking on your mobile,
behind the stearing wheel of your car,
with the engine running,
it is illegal,
but we still do it.
Driving at 50 mph,
past a school,
is dangerous,
and illegal,
but we still do it.
Crossing the road,
when the light is red,
at the pedestrian crossing,
is illegal,
but we still do it.
Running across the road,
inbetween moving cars,
with children on tow,
is dangerous,
but we still do it.
Following traffic rules,
written for our own protection,
to save lifes,
makes sense,
so why do we break them?
