It's all about money
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - A California woman is suing a hospital for wrongful death because her husband fainted and suffered a fatal injury after helping delivery room staff give her a pain-killing injection.
No offence, but he was not exactly asked to insert the epidural. all he was doing is what any birthpartner does. A traggic accident, but being somebodies birthpartner does not put you on the hospital payroll.
In light of yesterdays events in London (which I am not going to post about), this story seems even more petty than it would have on a normal day.
My heart goes out to everyone who was directly or indirectly involved in yesterdays events, and a great big thank you to everyone in the emergency services, and everyone else who could lend a helping hand, who went out of their way to help everyone through the day.
